Dear Students,
The course credit transfer (equivalency) process has begun for students who have been accepted into the Scientific Preparation and Horizontal Transfer (Transfer) tracks of our Master’s program. We strongly urge the relevant students to pay close attention to the schedule and steps below to ensure they do not miss this process.
Application Schedule and Important Dates:
- Deadline for Submitting Applications: September 29, 2026
- Credit Transfer Committee Final Decision Date: Friday, October 2, 2026
Application Process:
1. Students applying for course credit transfer must complete the application form indicating their status (Academic Preparation or Transfer) in full and submit it to the department secretary’s office by September 29, 2026. It is mandatory that the course(s) for which exemption is sought—and which were previously successfully completed—be taught in English, and that this be clearly documented in an official transcript (academic record) or course syllabus.
2. The collected applications will be evaluated by our Equivalency Commission, and final decisions will be announced by Friday, October 2, 2026.
